SubSort for YouTube Privacy Policy

SubSort for YouTube is maintained by Threewaves Limited.

SubSort is designed to run locally in the user's browser. It does not use a backend server, analytics service, advertising network, tracking pixel, or external API.

Data Collection

SubSort does not collect, sell, transmit, or share personal data.

SubSort does not collect:

• YouTube account details
• Google account details
• passwords, cookies, tokens, or credentials
• browsing history
• analytics events
• usage tracking
• payment information
• personal contact information

Local Page Access

SubSort runs only on:

https://www.youtube.com/feed/channels*

The extension reads the visible YouTube subscriptions page in the user's browser so it can identify loaded channel names, channel URLs, and the normal YouTube subscription controls shown on that page.

This processing happens locally in the browser. The information is not sent to Threewaves Limited or any third party.

Backups

When a user exports a backup or starts a batch unsubscribe, SubSort creates a local JSON backup file containing the selected channel names and URLs.

The backup file is downloaded directly by the browser. Threewaves Limited does not receive, store, or access the backup file.

Storage

SubSort does not use Chrome storage, remote storage, cookies, or a database.

Selections are temporary and exist only in the current browser page while the extension is active.

Network Requests

SubSort does not make network requests.

All unsubscribe actions are performed through the normal YouTube page controls already loaded in the user's browser.

Third-Party Services

SubSort interacts with YouTube's existing webpage interface. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube or Google.

YouTube and Google may process data according to their own policies when users access YouTube. SubSort does not control YouTube or Google's data practices.
